For us cancer survivors, having a place where we can find ourselves again is truly something to be grateful for. I hope you spread the word so it reaches people who are struggling to take that first step. So that everyone can smile😀

C-Wiz supports the health and smiles of cancer survivors through yoga.
From people just before or right after surgery to those 5 or 10 years beyond, we provide a "third place" where everyone can safely practice yoga, care for their body and mind, and simply be themselves.

Our mission is to provide cancer survivors with a safe "third place", neither home nor hospital, where they can be themselves.
Morning Yoga, which started in March 2022, reached 1,000 consecutive sessions on January 20, 2026! A total of more than 26,000 people have joined us so far.
Participants have shared many happy comments: not only has it become easier to raise their arms, but they also feel more positive even during treatment and are able to spend their days more actively.

1,000 consecutive Morning Yoga sessions! We have now held 1,175 sessions (as of September 23, 2026)
We met and built close ties with Dr. Shimada of Pink Ribbon Breast Care Clinic in Omotesando and Dr. Horiguchi of Appearance Beauty Clinic in Sugamo.
Dr. Shimada is passionate about raising cancer screening rates, and Dr. Horiguchi about appearance care, a topic attracting a lot of attention today. Our partnership has grown: they introduce Morning Yoga to patients who need exercise, and we, in turn, introduce the doctors to Morning Yoga and lesson participants depending on their concerns.

Dr. Horiguchi (left) and Dr. Shimada (center of the upper row, right). Both are wonderful doctors who truly care about their patients!
In FY2025, in addition to events such as Park Yoga, we were able to hold many courses that help cancer survivors care for their body and mind!
The mental aspects of yoga were especially popular, and many participants told us the courses deepened their self-understanding or changed the way they use their mind.
At the Japan Cancer Forum, one of the largest cancer forums in Japan, Morning Yoga and lesson participants helped out at our booth, and we were able to connect with many cancer survivors.

Our events brought so many smiles! Pandaco made its first appearance, too!

I Can Now Listen to My Body
I came across Morning Yoga while I was looking for yoga for breast cancer.
I enjoy joining every day, and Ravi's gentle voice is very soothing.
As I continued, I began to feel grateful to my own body, and I can now listen to my body better than before. Morning Yoga is not just exercise; it has become time to connect with myself.
The warm, mutually supportive community is also a great help to me.
I am truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place.

A Place Where I Feel Safe
It has been three years since I discovered yoga for cancer survivors.
After my breast cancer surgery, I joined Morning Yoga every day.
Compared with when I was in treatment, I am now much healthier in body and mind, and with my busy days I cannot join every day. But whenever I feel unwell and join Morning Yoga or online yoga, Ravi's encouragement and my friends are always there, just as before, and I feel relieved and warm.
Morning Yoga taught me the importance and joy of moving my body.
I hope it will always be there as a place I can come back to anytime, and a place where I can feel safe.

I Feel the Benefits Most When I'm Tired
It was my first time doing online yoga. Because of side effects, I had been spending most of my time at home, so it was a bit of a challenge for me.
I was nervous at first, but once it started, the time flew by, and afterwards I felt wonderfully refreshed.
Opening my chest and breathing deeply felt better than I had expected.
I would like to keep making it part of my daily life.
Thank you so much for your gentle, caring guidance.
It has long been said that exercise helps lower the risk of cancer recurrence and improves physical condition, yet there are still very few places that offer yoga and exercise specifically for cancer survivors.
That is why we are developing a search system for instructors across Japan who offer yoga and other exercise for cancer survivors, including not only C-Wiz but also groups and individuals who share our vision.
No matter where they live, everyone will be able to find their own instructor, and communities of cancer survivors will grow in each region. We will build that platform.

Search for lessons for cancer survivors near you!
We will deepen our ties with other groups and individuals offering yoga and exercise for cancer survivors, work together with them, and encourage them to register on Find an Instructor Near You. Not alone but together, with C-Wiz and every group and individual cooperating, we will provide places where cancer survivors can exercise with peace of mind, and build communities across Japan where they can safely care for their body and mind. We will also share this initiative widely with medical institutions so that they can introduce it to their patients.
Of course, C-Wiz will also continue to hold its "Yoga for Cancer Survivors" instructor training courses!

We also took part in Mamma Yoga's instructor training course and were able to connect with friends who share our vision!
Being a Certified NPO is proof that an organization is supported by many people, in other words, that many people back it and need it. Becoming a Certified NPO raises our credibility as an organization and makes it easier to partner with public bodies such as medical institutions and local governments.
For supporters, there are tax benefits such as deductions from income tax and inheritance tax, and above all, your donation can bring someone peace of mind and encouragement. With support from many people, we hope to eventually offer more free lessons and events, not just Morning Yoga.
So how does an organization become a Certified NPO? There are nine certification criteria. The hardest of these is passing the Public Support Test (PST), which requires "continuously receiving donations of ¥3,000 or more per year from 100 or more people."
Last year, we were grateful to receive support from 67 people. We are not far from the 100 people the criteria require.
So this year, in addition to one-time donations, we are also seeking recurring donations that support us on a regular basis.
(Strictly speaking, ¥3,000 or more per year means ¥250 or more per month would be enough, but because the minimum donation our system accepts is ¥300, we are sorry to ask for a recurring donation of ¥300 per month, or ¥3,600 per year.)
¥300 a month is about the same as ordering a cup of coffee at a café, which works out to just ¥10 a day.
We sincerely ask for your support of a cup of coffee each month, for C-Wiz and for the health and smiles of the many cancer survivors beyond us.

¥10 a day, ¥300 a month. We sincerely ask for your warm support, the price of a cup of coffee, for the health and smiles of cancer survivors.
As a small token of our gratitude for your donation, we have prepared rewards again this time. This year, we have newly prepared three types of towels.
Everyone who donates will receive an onsen towel, and we have also prepared Imabari towels, renowned for their outstanding absorbency and quality. Choose a waffle-weave mini towel or a face towel, all featuring the Pandaco logo.
C-Wiz is also aiming to become a Certified NPO.
Certified NPOs serve a higher public interest, and only 2.2% of NPOs achieve this status. One of the requirements for becoming a Certified NPO is "receiving continuous donations from 100 or more people."
If you would like to support C-Wiz's activities on an ongoing basis, we would be grateful if you could select "Monthly" as the frequency on the donation page.

Notes on Donation Rewards
• Everyone who donates 1 unit or more will receive our activity report (an annual newsletter) and a Pandaco onsen towel.
• If you would like an Imabari towel, we ask that you cover its cost separately (we will contact you after your donation).
Four years have already passed since I started this activity.
I thought I had been giving cancer survivors "what I could give", but looking back, it is I who have been "given" so much by so many people, and that is what has allowed me to continue to this day.
Once again, I sincerely thank each and every one of you who has supported us.
A place where health and smiles are born for cancer survivors.
A place where cancer survivors can be "just as they are".
My mission is to create such a "third place".
We sincerely ask for your warm support.
Ravi, Representative Director of C-Wiz
